The first strike of innovation
These models, in addition to being perfectly and quickly workable with standard tools and traditional techniques by the farrier, offer outstanding shock-absorbing capacity thanks to our special PU Elastomer. They instantly adapt to the pressures generated by the horse’s gait, significantly reducing sudden and random pressure peaks that could strain ligaments and tendons.
The weight is reduced to a minimum, providing a clear benefit for the horse.
Jumpergrip® series
The jumpergrips are specifically designed for show jumping courses to provide the horse with a secure and stable support during takeoff, as well as excellent shock absorption on landing. The wide tread offers great flotation, making the horse’s stride feel natural on competition fields.
Praesidium series
The Praesidium series has been designed to add, to the shock-absorbing properties of the plastic layer, both the advantage of an earlier release phase thanks to the rounded tip of the iron, and a reduction in pressure on the joints. The considerable thickness also reduces stress on the sole. The special extension of the flat-horizontal part in contact with the ground promotes buoyancy and a rolling effect even on the softest terrain.
