The structure of these models consists of a cold-workable aluminum plate, with low vibration capacity, in contact with the sole, and a PU elastomer footprint that adapts moment by moment to the pressure exerted by the horse against the ground. This ensures the most balanced distribution of forces at all times, preventing or reducing random, localized stress peaks that occur during the horse’s movement. The inclination of the PU walls can be easily modified using the farrier’s usual tools, and therefore the width of the footprint in contact with the ground can also be easily adjusted.

Note that the area on the sides of the protruding material for the clips is full profile, preventing any parts of the shoe from being left exposed after removing the excess material during installation.

Fastening is done with the usual flat-head nails if the hole is located in the area outside the PU imprint, or with traditional nails if the hole is located inside the PU imprint. In the latter case, the nail head is locked in place by the plastic material itself, without the need for tools to stamp the hole intended to receive it. 

The material used (PU Elastomer) has an exceptionally high wear resistance that will be surprising.
