CITYGRIP is the multi-material line designed for horses that need to travel on city streets.

CG Hind

This model was the first multi-material hind horseshoe that was developed. Its distinctive design, reminiscent of a tire, was created for urban routes in various weather conditions, such as those encountered by horses serving in Law Enforcement during public events, parades, and similar occasions. After the initial test, this model will be paired with the CG Front, in order to complete the testing of the full set of horseshoes.

The size currently being tested is 3 Rear.

QSG

This model is certainly the most “experimental” of all, because it does not follow any pattern used so far on the market. The first test carried out in Barrel competitions showed the quality of the project in terms of competition results. However, the durability of the multi-material shoe under the horse’s hoof still needs to be improved. For this reason, work is underway on the 3rd generation.

The size currently being tested is 3x0.

TRIPLE-LAYER SHOES

This 3-layer version has been designed and manufactured with a moldable steel core and a toe clip. The color identifies the different tested structures:

• RED: 6 mm ground contact layer + 3 mm steel core + 3 mm plastic layer on the hoof side;
• BLUE: 6 mm ground contact layer + 4 mm steel core + 2 mm plastic layer on the hoof side.

From an initial test carried out this year in France, it emerged that the assembly was straightforward and the structure performed correctly, as expected.
