The range of multimaterial horseshoes with a 4 mm iron base.
Rhinos are made of a 4 mm iron base layer with a layer of our special plastic (PU Elastomer) applied on the ground side. The weight is reduced compared to standard commercial horseshoes, but is definitely higher than the version with an aluminum base (Green series).
There are no slippery slopes...

Why It’s Worth Using Them
This line of multi-material horseshoes, with a 4 mm iron base, is heavier than the line with an aluminum base. Otherwise, it has the same geometry and the same thickness of PU Elastomer for the same model. However, it is lighter than the Equi-Fit series and, if the horse is not too large, it can be a possible alternative. Therefore, the choice depends on specific needs.
